CODE OF CONDUCT
Welcome to the new RAMPAGE Guild Forums.
As part of Rampage Guild commitment to make the boards a great place to meet and interact, discuss and share ideas pertaining to our guild, we require that you abide by our Code of Conduct. We have tried our best to make the policies as fair and just as possible.
If there’s only one rule to follow, it is this: R-E-S-P-E-C-T. Respect your fellow forum members, Officials and Moderators. Sometimes ideas will clash and not everyone will agree with someone. But just keep “RESPECT” in mind and you won’t be breaking any rules.
The guidelines and rules listed below explain what behavior is expected of you and what behavior you can expect from other community members. Note that the following guidelines are not exhaustive, and may not address all manner of offensive behavior. As such, the Club Master and Official Forum Moderators shall have full discretion to address any behavior that they feel is inappropriate. Also, suspension or banishment from the game will always result in the same regarding forum access. Rampage guild reserves the right to suspend your access to the forums at any time for reasons that include, but are not necessarily limited to, your failure to abide by these guidelines.
We ask that you treat fellow players with respect and courtesy and that you conduct yourself in a civilized manner when participating in the game and the forums.
These policies are not language-restrictive. Any message or language will always be subject to the penalties listed, whether it is in English, Filipino, or any other language.
It is the responsibility of the players to be aware of these guidelines. Failure to be so informed does not release, nor excuse them from coverage of these guidelines.
SANCTIONS
All inappropriate posts and activities will be reviewed by the Guild Officials and Forum Mods. The new sanction system is now simple and easier to understand.
Each case shall be reviewed based on the severity of the offense.
A “Warning” is an AUTOMATIC 7-day suspension.
SANCTION LEVELS
Level 1 – WARNING:7 day suspension of account
This is used for first time offenders or for petty offenses.
Level 2 – SERIOUS: 30-day suspension of account
This is used for second-time offenders or offenses that are serious in nature
Level 3 – GRAVE: Permanent ban or IP ban
This is used for third-time offenders or offenses that are grave in nature.
OFFENSE LEVELS
PETTY to SERIOUS OFFENSES
• Off-topic posts (Does not apply to Spam Foyer)
• All-caps, excessive punctuation, etc
• Bumping more than once a day
• Spamming/Posting Non-sense posts (Does not apply to Spam Foyer)
• Petition posts
• Flooding (Does not apply to Spam Foyer)
• Posting something which should be filed at the LU Customer Support
• Posting about locked or deleted threads
• Signature violations
• Posting inappropriately HUGE photos, videos or files
• Deliberately posting content that is incomprehensible to general posting population.
• Any offense(s) similar to the above
SERIOUS to GRAVE OFFENSES
• Obscene or Vulgar posts
• Improper naming conventions (eg. user names in GM naming conventions)
• Inappropriate names (eg. names with cursing words, etc.)
• Antagonism (deliberate hate posts without an acceptable basis)
• Defamatory posts about Grand Chase, Rampage guild policies and decisions
• Harassment or Defamatory posts/topics
• Impersonating a known player, member, Club Official, Moderator or LUG employee
• Flaming
• Evading suspensions and bans
• Trolling
• Intentional misinformation - Posting edited screen shots to accuse someone, using duplicate accounts to trick persons in a bad way, posting hoax statements and the like
• Threats to any member, Moderator, Club Official or LUG Employee
• Posting classified content (unreleased meaning confidential game data, not future patch details)
• Improper sexual/racial/ethnic or violent posts
• Distribution of real-life information without consent of owner
• Posting or advocacy of cheats, hacks, third party programs, illegal trading, etc.
• Posting or advocacy of illegal drugs or activities (RL, through the net, in-boards or in-game)
• Commercial advertising of any form or kind
• Plagiarism of any kind, manner or type, including posting copied guides and the like without sources or disclaimers
• Rebellion (inciting to violate Grand Chase and Rampage Guild rules)
• Gambling of any form or kind.
• Exploiting loopholes in rules.
• Any offense(s) similar to the above
AVATARS
• Avatar dimensions are resized when it exceeds the accepted size. The maximum size is 100x100 pixels. Any larger and the system will resize it for you.
• Avatars should not exceed 150 kilobytes in filesize.
• Avatar images posted MUST be worksafe.
SIGNATURES
• Signatures should not exceed 500x200 pixels in total dimension size. This limit applies even in cumulative or multiple image usage. This applies even with the combination of texts and images.
• Signatures should not exceed 80 kilobytes in total file size. This limit applies even in cumulative or multiple image usage.
• Text signatures should not exceed 200 pixels in height when used in an 800x600 pixel display resolution.
(Maximum of 17 lines in normal signature font size (Size 1), 10 lines in Font Size 2, 3 and 4, 6 lines in Font Size 5, 5 lines in Font Size 6 and 3 lines in Font Size 7)
• Signatures, and all other images and text posted MUST be worksafe.
POLICIES
• An account sanction also affects linked (often duplicate) accounts. This means if you commit an offense with a duplicate account, your main account is also punished as well.
• When posting, please keep in mind that your posts will be read by everyone (That means that posting in dialects other than Tagalog and English without posting any translations, unless if that word can be understood by everyone). Therefore make sure it is understandable and appropriate enough on all levels.
• Do not post links to copyrighted content, torrents, warez, pirated or unlicensed programs. These include discussions of usage of bots, speed hacks and the like. People caught discussing, promoting or giving links to the aforementioned will be banned permanently.
• You are responsible for whatever actions your account will make. The Administrators, Club Masters and Moderators are not held liable if any other users use your own account.
• Rampage Guild Admins, Mods and Officials have the right to automatically delete posts and ban any member who violates any of the policies and rules contained herein. They may or may not inform the offenders or the thread starters the reason(s) for such actions.
• In-Game complaints should be directed to Customer Support alone. For such things, contact the Customer Service and Helpdesk

We all know that this is a Casual Massively Multiplayer Online Game. The key word here is "Massively Multiplayer". Note that you are playing Grand Chase with thousands of other players who may or may not share your ideas towards the game. Language, posts, in-game chat messages or images that may not be offensive for you may be deemed offensive or insulting by others. Kindly consider the fact that your actions (both in the boards and in the game) may have a different effect on other players.
The mutual element here is R-E-S-P-E-C-T. Although different players may have different opinions, let's keep a healthy attitude and respect each other as individuals. The Golden Rule holds true here: "Do unto others what you want others to do unto you"
Grand Chase is constantly evolving and we're all working hard to make the game fair and fun for all of you.
